About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Data Analytics Mentor to guide and train learners in building strong analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, Excel, Power BI, and Statistics, along with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, engaging manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions and mentor learners in Data Analytics concepts and tools
- Teach and guide students on Python, SQL, Excel, and Power BI for real-world data analysis
- Explain statistical concepts and their practical application in data-driven decision-making
- Design and deliver hands-on projects, assignments, and case studies
- Evaluate learner progress and provide constructive feedback
- Resolve doubts and provide one-on-one/group mentoring support
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into training content
- Collaborate with the curriculum/content team to enhance learning material
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, data visualization libraries)
- Solid understanding of SQL for data querying and management
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards)
- Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting
- Good grasp of Statistics and its application in analytics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Prior mentoring, training, or teaching experience preferred
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹34,400.00 per month
