Job Location :-
- 3–5 years of site execution experience in commercial office MEP and interior fit-out projects in India
- Proven experience in managing interior fit-out works (partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery) in parallel with MEP services
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, MEP and coordinated services drawings and highlight discrepancies/Clashes
- Experience in daily site supervision, contractor coordination, quality checks, and progress reporting for fast-track projects
- Working knowledge of IS codes, NBC, basic fire norms and safety practices relevant to commercial interiors
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi/Telugu for dealing with clients, consultants and contractors
- Willingness to work full-time from site/office in Hyderabad and handle extended hours when required to meet deadlines
- Hands-on exposure to coordination and supervision of HVAC, electrical, fire-fighting, plumbing and low-voltage systems during execution
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
