Guest Relation Executive – Job Description
We are looking for a Guest Relation Executive to create a warm and memorable experience for visitors at our Adventure & Spice Garden.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and guide visitors, providing information about attractions, activities, and shops.
- Assist guests with ticketing, inquiries, and special requests.
- Coordinate with operations and retail teams to ensure a seamless visitor experience.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
- Promote on-site activities, products, and services to enhance the visitor experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, energetic, and well-groomed personality.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Prior experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer service is preferred; freshers may also apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
