We are looking for a Senior Sales & Marketing Manager who can lead sales activities, handle key clients, and drive revenue for company-owned IT solutions and digital products.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and close new business opportunities
- Handle the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Conduct product presentations and client meetings
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Guide and support junior sales team members
- Coordinate with internal technical teams
Required Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Experience in Software Products / Digital Product Sales
- Client handling and deal-closing expertise
Education Required
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field
- BBA / MBA in Sales or Marketing preferred
