The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Post job openings on job portals, social media, and company career pages
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate follow-ups
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Communicate with candidates regarding interview status and feedback
Building and maintaining a solid talent pipeline
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0 to 1 year of experience in recruitment or freshers can also apply
Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Good communication and convincing skills
Flexible mindset - ready to adapt learn and handle a fast paced environment
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
