WHO WE NEED
A sharp doer with a thirst for learning and a love for creativity.
You’ll support the team across briefs, meetings, timelines, and chaos — learning to manage the madness while getting a front-row seat to strategy, ideas and impact.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Support senior account leads across projects and clients
Coordinate between teams and keep everyone on track (and smiling)
Help craft decks, proof presentations, write minutes, chase feedback
Sit in on brainstorms and start contributing ideas with confidence
Absorb, ask, apply — and repeat
YOU BRING:
1–2 years in an agency or internship in a related role
Curiosity, confidence and a hunger to grow
Solid communication skills and strong organisational instincts
A love for brands, creative work, people, and putting the pieces together
A ‘yes, can do and…’ attitude that makes things better, not just done
