Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in customers with product selection (lights, fans, switches, fittings, etc.).
- Explain features, pricing, and offers clearly.
- Maintain excellent customer service and follow-up.
- Coordinate with the billing team and delivery staff.
- Keep product displays neat and attractive.
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom growth.
Requirements
- Minimum +2 / Degree or above (preferred).
- Preferred age range is 20 to 35 years
- Prior sales or showroom experience in electrical/lighting is a plus.
- Good communication skills (Malayalam essential; English/Hindi an advantage).
- Positive attitude and customer-friendly personality.
- Candidates must be resident of Thrissur .
Working Hours
9:30 AM – 7:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
