Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and convert them into clear functional specifications and documentation.
- Prepare Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), user stories, workflows, process documents, and other project documentation.
- Collaborate with clients, developers, designers, and project managers throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Conduct project demonstrations and client voice/video meetings.
- Create and maintain project documentation, proposals, quotations, and functional documents when required.
- Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, System, Smoke, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools.
- Prepare test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test reports.
- Validate fixes and ensure software quality before production releases.
- Ensure compliance with QA standards, testing methodologies, and best practices.
- Work closely with the development team to resolve issues and improve product quality.
- Stay updated with the latest QA methodologies, AI-assisted testing tools, and software quality trends.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Good knowledge of web and mobile application architecture.
- Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies, QA processes, and testing tools.
- Experience designing and executing test cases, test plans, and regression testing.
- Understanding of different testing types, including Functional, Regression, Integration, System, Smoke, and UAT.
- Ability to identify, document, reproduce, and track software defects effectively.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience preparing business documentation such as SRS, BRD, user stories, flow diagrams, and project documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity and testing tools is preferred.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and an effective team player.
Preferred Candidate Profile :- 0–2 years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, Business Analysis, or a similar role.Technical or software engineering background. English medium education is preferred. Excellent documentation and client communication skills. Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies is an added advantage. Basic knowledge of automation testing tools is a plus. Passion for delivering high-quality software and continuously improving processes.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
