Job Description – HR Generalist.

Roles and Responsibilities:
The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations across the employee life
cycle, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies, processes, and statutory compliances. This
role will be a placement with a client of WithAWill and offers an exciting opportunity to drive HR

Responsibilities:
1. Employee Life Cycle Management: Manage end-to-end HR operations across the employee life
cycle including onboarding, confirmation, role changes, performance cycles, exits, and
documentation, ensuring a consistent and positive employee experience.
2. Policy, Process & Governance: Develop, update, implement, and ensure adherence to HR policies,
processes, and SOPs in line with organizational requirements and applicable labor laws. Drive
awareness and consistent application of policies across the organization.
3. Code of Conduct & Workplace Discipline: Ensure implementation of the Code of Conduct and
workplace discipline standards. Handle misconduct cases, conduct preliminary investigations,
issue disciplinary communications as required, and support fair, timely, and compliant resolution of
cases.
4. Grievance Management & Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee
grievances and concerns. Facilitate grievance redressal through structured processes,
documentation, and stakeholder coordination while maintaining confidentiality, neutrality, and
compliance.
5. Payroll, Statutory Compliance & HR Operations: Manage monthly payroll inputs, validations, and
coordination with payroll vendors. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF,
ESIC, PT, gratuity, leave records, and regulatory filings, maintaining accurate HR records and audit
readiness.
6. Employee Engagement & HR Communication: Support employee engagement initiatives, internal
communication, and culture-building activities. Track engagement actions, participation, and
feedback, and support initiatives that enhance employee morale, alignment, and retention.
Candidate background:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
* Proven experience in HR management, with a focus on policy development, audits,
benchmarking, market research, focus group discussions, training design, and proposal drafting.
* Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to eVectively convey
complex information to diverse audiences.
* Proficiency in Microsoft OVice Suite and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate eVectively with colleagues, stakeholders,
and external partners.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
