01The actual work
What will you actually do as a Political Strategist at CryptoMize?
01
Design electoral strategy for live campaigns — positioning, narrative architecture, and the sequencing of message against the calendar of a race
02
Translate constituency analysis into decisions: where the winnable votes are, what they respond to, and what the data says to stop doing
03
Run the strategy-review cadence with analysts and field teams — reconciling what the models show with what the ground reports
04
Own candidate positioning across media surfaces, coordinating with the content and social teams executing the narrative
05
Direct opposition research framing — what the record says, what the contrast is, and when to deploy either
06
Work crisis hours with composure: campaigns hit turbulence in news cycles, and the strategist is the steadying voice in the room
07
Carry engagement retrospectives — every race, won or lost, becomes documented learning for the bench behind you
08
Contribute to the campaign playbook itself — the documented patterns, post-race learnings, and strategy standards every future engagement inherits
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Political Strategist at CryptoMize you will own the strategic layer of political engagements — converting constituency analysis, sentiment data, and opposition research into the positioning and message architecture a campaign executes against. The role sits at the junction our forecasting record was built on: you will consume the models without worshipping them, and command the narrative without ignoring the numbers.
Standing duties include the strategy-review cadence and the retrospective discipline: reconciling analyst output with field reporting each week of a race, and converting every campaign — won or lost — into documented learning. The bench behind you inherits what you write down, and nothing else.
Strategists here also carry principal management: candidates and party clients under electoral stress need a steady counsel who tells them what the map says, not what the mood wants. That steadiness, paired with discretion at NDA grade, is the professional core of the role.
