Location Noida sector 90
· Define and implement test strategies, test plans, and QA processes across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
· Perform and oversee manual testing, API testing (Postman), regression, integration, and performance testing.
· Collaborate with Product, Development, and DevOps teams to identify risks early and ensure quality delivery.
· Track, manage, and report defects using Jira and ensure proper closure before release.
· Validate system performance, scalability, and reliability through load and performance testing.
· Ensure release readiness and quality standards are met before deployment.
· Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and testing methodologies.
Required Skills
· Strong experience in Manual Testing (Web & Mobile – Android/iOS).
· Hands-on experience with API Testing using Postman.
· Experience in Load & Performance Testing.
· Good understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.
· Proficiency with Bug Tracking tools such as Jira.
· Basic knowledge of SQL / MySQL for data validation.
· Strong team leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
· Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
