Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled HR professional to manage day-to-day HR & Administrative operations across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting Recruitment, Leave & Attendance Mgmt., Payroll coordination, Employee Engagement, Compliance, Administration and overall HR processes, GreytHR Portal
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
Handle complete Employee life cycle, maintain employee records and documentation.
Monitoring attendance, leave records, maintaining records, payroll processing etc. Greyt HR portal experience good to have.
Ensuring adherence to HR policies and processes.
Coordinating with various departments for smooth administrative functioning.
Ensuring Housekeeping, Vendor Mgmt, Pantry, Stationary etc and manage various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of HR operations and compliance.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or related field.
3 - 5 years of relevant HR & Admin experience preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
