We are hiring an HR Manager in Thiruvananthapuram. We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage day-to-day HR operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment and hiring processes.
- Manage employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee engagement and HR activities.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
Requirements:
- MBA (HR preferred).
- 4–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Working Hours:
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
