Job Summary
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for franchise/business enquiries.
- Qualify leads, build customer interest, and conduct regular follow-ups.
- Schedule meetings and support lead conversion into business opportunities.
- Act as the first point of contact for prospective customers.
- Maintain CRM records and achieve monthly conversion targets.
- Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, and Business Development teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- BBA / B.Com / BBM / MBA preferred.
- Diploma candidates with relevant experience can also apply.
Language Preference
- Tamil – Mandatory
- English – Preferred
- Additional languages are an added advantage (Hindi, Telungu,Malaiyalam, Kannada
