Core Responsibilities
- Policy Development: Draft, implement, and update company policies to align with local and national laws.
- Risk Assessment: Perform periodic audits and review business procedures to identify hidden risks or compliance infractions.
- Control Implementation: Design and monitor control systems to handle violations and ensure operational efficiency.
- Training & Education: Lead employee training sessions to maintain awareness of regulatory changes and compliance guidelines.
- Reporting: Document and analyze compliance data, reporting infractions and proposing corrective actions to senior management.
- Liaison: Act as the primary contact between department heads and external regulatory bodies.
Key Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law, finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of proven experience in compliance, legal, or risk management.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of corporate governance, industry regulations, and risk management operations.
- Analytical Skills: High attention to detail with strong root-cause analysis and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
