Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Purchase Manager with 3–7 years of experience in engineering or manufacturing procurement. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end purchasing, vendor development, cost optimization, inventory planning, and timely procurement of materials for industrial door automation products.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities.
- Source and develop reliable vendors.
- Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and issue Purchase Orders.
- Ensure timely procurement of production and project materials.
- Coordinate with Production, Design, Stores, and Projects teams.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize procurement costs.
- Maintain supplier performance and procurement records.
- Work on ERP for Purchase Orders, GRNs, and procurement reports.
Required Skills
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of engineering materials, fabrication, electrical, and automation components.
- Experience with ERP software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
