Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of the tailoring workshop.
- Plan and allocate work to tailors, cutters, finishers, and helpers.
- Monitor production schedules to ensure on-time completion of customer and bulk orders.
- Inspect garments to ensure they meet company quality standards.
- Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain stock of fabrics, trims, threads, and other workshop materials.
- Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams regarding order status.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate workshop staff.
- Ensure proper maintenance and operation of sewing machines and workshop equipment.
- Enforce workplace safety, cleanliness, and company policies.
- Prepare daily and weekly production reports.
- Control production costs and minimize material wastage
