Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain HTML5/CSS3 web pages, landing pages, and email templates; troubleshoot PHP/MySQL-driven forms and campaign backends
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including A/B (hypothesis) testing on subject lines, content, and CTAs
- Work with database/DB schema concepts for lead and customer data, segmentation, and targeting
- Run WhatsApp Marketing (broadcasts, catalogs, automation)
- Run Instagram Marketing (content, reels, ads)
- Run LinkedIn Marketing (company page, outreach, lead generation)
- Track KPIs and prepare performance reports across channels
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing tools and trends
Required Skills:
- Technical: HTML5, CSS3, PHP, MySQL
- Digital Marketing Concepts: Email marketing, A/B testing, database/schema concepts, segmentation
- Platforms: WhatsApp Marketing, Instagram Marketing, LinkedIn Marketing
- Analytical: Comfortable with campaign metrics and reporting tools
- Soft Skills: Self-driven, detail-oriented, good written communication
Preferred / Good to Have:
- Experience in B2B/industrial/manufacturing marketing (PPE or similar sector)
- SEO basics, WordPress/CMS familiarity
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop)
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Applications, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience
