Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic and proactive Field HR & Doctor Acquisition Specialist to drive the end-to-end recruitment of clinical talent—specifically Medical Oncologists, Surgical Oncologists, Radiation Oncologists, and specialized clinical staff. This role combines headhunting, candidate engagement, and on-ground field presence to establish talent pipelines across North India.
Key Responsibilities
- Doctor & Specialist Hiring: Source, engage, and recruit qualified Oncologists (DM/DNB/MCh), Day Care Medical Officers, Oncology Nurses, and clinical support staff for new and existing centers.
- On-Ground Field Sourcing: Travel across target markets (Delhi,Haryana, UP, Punjab) to map medical colleges, local hospitals, doctor associations, and oncology networks to build local talent pools.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring lifecycle from talent mapping, cold outreach, and screening to interview coordination, credential verification, and salary negotiations.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with clinical leadership and regional operations teams to forecast hiring needs for upcoming center launches and hospital partnerships.
- Pipeline & Relationship Building: Maintain long-term relationships with the medical fraternity, oncology fellows, and visiting consultants for both full-time and visiting/consultant engagement models.
- Onboarding & Induction: Facilitate smooth documentation, medical council registration checks, and joining formalities in coordination with central HR.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–3 years of core recruitment experience in healthcare / doctor hiring / clinical talent acquisition. Prior experience in doctor recruitment or hospital networks is strongly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently across North India (up to 40–50% field travel) for center launches and doctor meetings.
- Skills:
- Strong headhunting, networking, and cold-calling capabilities.
- Understanding of medical qualifications, MCI/State Medical Council guidelines, and clinical hierarchies.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Familiarity with healthcare job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and local medical networks.
