Position: Duty Medical Officer
Job Summary: Responsible for providing primary medical care to patients, conducting consultations, maintaining medical records, coordinating patient care, and ensuring smooth day-to-day clinical operations. Responsibilities
Conduct patient consultations and clinical assessments. Take detailed medical history and perform physical examinations. Diagnose and manage common acute and chronic health conditions within the scope of practice. Prescribe medications and advise appropriate investigations when required. Monitor patient progress and provide follow-up care. Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
Educate patients regarding disease prevention, lifestyle modifications, and treatment plans.
Coordinate referrals to specialists or hospitals when necessary.
Support health awareness and preventive care programs conducted by the clinic.
Qualifications BHMS / BNYS / BAMS / MBBS (as applicable) Valid registration with the respective medical council. Good clinical knowledge and communication skills. Basic computer skills.
