We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our corporate client portfolio. You will handle the entire sales lifecycle—from identifying potential corporate clients and pitching our printing and supply solutions to closing deals and managing ongoing account relationships.

1. Business Development & Client Acquisition
Identify and target potential corporate clients (SMEs, mid-market, and large enterprises) across Mumbai.
Pitch Adminneeds’ core offerings, including commercial printing, corporate gifting solutions, and customized workplace supplies.
Conduct cold calls, line up face-to-face or virtual meetings, and deliver compelling sales presentations to procurement, HR, and admin heads.
2. Account Management & Retention
Act as the primary point of contact for onboarded clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
Understand client requirements in detail and coordinate with the internal operations and design teams to deliver accurate quotes and timelines.
Drive repeat business and up-sell/cross-sell services by maintaining strong, consistent relationships with existing clients.
3. Sales Operations & Reporting
Prepare and present commercial proposals, negotiate pricing, and finalize service agreements under management guidelines.
Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and track daily/weekly sales activities.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.
Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, or Business Development. (Experience in commercial printing, corporate gifting, or office supply industries is a huge plus).
- Education: Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with a strong ability to pitch confidently to corporate decision-makers. Proficiency in Hindi or Marathi is highly advantageous for local coordination.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Ability to work independently in the field as well as collaborate with the internal office team.
Basic proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) to track sales data
