We are looking for a proactive and responsible Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store and ensure an outstanding shopping experience for every customer.
- Welcome customers, understand their requirements, and assist them in selecting suitable products.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
- Manage and maintain accurate stock levels, including receiving, organizing, and replenishing inventory.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Supervise and allocate tasks to store helpers to maintain cleanliness and operational efficiency.
- Monitor product displays and ensure merchandise is presented neatly.
- Handle billing, cash management, and basic store documentation as required.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with management regarding stock requirements, store performance, and operational needs.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain a safe working environment.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
