- Achieve monthly targets for the distributors in the area.
- Responsible to keep a check on the service efficiency of the distributor to the stockiest- regarding claim settlement, damage replacement etc
- Appointment of stockist
- Deliver sales target by executing the distribution strategy at the channel partner level
- Ensure quality of acquisition through the distribution channel
- Execute promotional activities for channel partners to drive sales and build market credibility
- Finding new retails partners for product sales.
- Co-ordinating with distributor for retail sales & deep freezer issues
- Preparation throughput report & damages claims of retailers & distributor.
- To achieve primary and secondary sales target.
- Maintaining close rapport with the distributors / whole sellers / major A Class outlets to ensure continuous business growth.
- Launch of new products in the market.
- Billing Plan to be sent on monthly basis
- Reporting Stockiest target
- Physical Stock verification at distributor
- Verification of stockiest bills
