Key Responsibilities1. Laboratory Operations Management
- Oversee end-to-end laboratory operations across all labs within the zone.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of samples as per defined quality standards.
- Monitor laboratory productivity, turnaround time (TAT), and operational efficiency.
- Drive process improvements and standardization across all laboratory units.
2. Quality & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to NABL, CAP, ISO, and other regulatory requirements.
- Maintain quality control and quality assurance standards across laboratories.
- Lead internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality deviations.
3. Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop laboratory managers, pathologists, and technical teams.
- Drive performance management, succession planning, and capability building.
- Ensure adequate manpower planning and resource utilization.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
4. Financial & Business Performance
- Manage zonal laboratory budgets and operational costs.
- Monitor revenue, profitability, and productivity metrics.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational excellence.
- Support business expansion and new laboratory setup initiatives.
5. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, logistics, and medical teams.
- Build strong relationships with key clinicians, hospitals, and business partners.
- Address escalations related to laboratory operations and customer concerns.
- Support business reviews and strategic planning initiatives.
6. Technology & Process Improvement
- Drive adoption of laboratory information systems (LIS) and automation initiatives.
- Analyze operational data and implement improvement projects.
- Ensure optimal utilization and maintenance of laboratory equipment.

Qualifications
- MD Pathology / MD Microbiology
Experience
- 10+ years of experience in diagnostic laboratory operations.
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing multiple laboratories or regions.
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, regulatory requirements, and laboratory management.
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
