Job Description:
We are hiring a skilled 5-Axis CNC VMC Programmer with expertise in SolidCAM and DellCAM and hands-on experience on DMG MORI machines with Siemens controllers. The candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and executing high-precision machining programs for complex components.
Roles & Responsibilities:
● Develop and optimize 5-axis CNC programs (3+2 & simultaneous) using SolidCAM
● Program and operate DMG MORI VMC machines (Siemens control)
● Plan machining strategies for complex geometries and tight tolerance components
● Perform machine setup including tool setting (OTS), work offsets (G54–G59), and fixture alignment
● Execute machining operations including probing cycles (PROB) and ATC operations
● Select appropriate cutting tools and define machining parameters (RPM, Feed, Depth of Cut)
● Troubleshoot programming and machining issues on the shop floor
● Ensure adherence to quality standards and GD&T requirements
Eligibility Criteria:
● Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
● OR ITI (Machinist / Turner) with strong programming experience
Preferred Experience:
● 4–10 years in CNC Programming
● Minimum 3–5 years in 5-Axis Machining
Experience in Aerospace / Die & Mold / Automotive / Precision Engineering
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
