Job Description – Network Engineer
Position: Network Engineer
Experience: 1 to 3 Years
Location: Indore
Department: IT Infrastructure / Networking
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Configure, install, and maintain network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity issues.
- Support L2 and L3 networking activities.
- Configure and manage VLANs and basic routing/switching.
- Handle active and passive networking tasks.
- Provide technical support for network-related incidents and service requests.
- Ensure network security, availability, and performance optimization.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain network documentation and reports.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, VLAN, Routing & Switching.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco devices.
- Understanding of active and passive networking.
- Basic troubleshooting of network and internet issues.
- Familiarity with firewall and wireless technologies is an added advantage.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- CCNA Certification preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant networking experience.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
