Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience hiring technical and non-technical professionals for manufacturing, construction, infrastructure, and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for EPC, manufacturing, and construction positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and project teams.
- Manage offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding activities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of engineering and project-related talent.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain candidate databases.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of recruitment experience, preferably in EPC, construction, manufacturing, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
- Strong understanding of technical and project-based hiring.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines.
