Job Overview
Bhakkar Marbles Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and experienced Civil Supervisor for our Kishangarh Factory. The candidate will be responsible for supervising complete factory operations, managing labour, coordinating production activities, ensuring quality standards, handling dispatch coordination, and maintaining smooth day-to-day functioning of the factory.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise complete day-to-day factory operations.
- Monitor marble cutting, polishing, finishing, and processing work.
- Manage labour, contractors, and factory staff efficiently.
- Ensure proper execution of work while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate material movement, loading, unloading, and dispatch.
- Maintain inventory and stock records.
- Coordinate with the Delhi office regarding orders, production, and dispatch schedules.
- Ensure timely completion of orders and smooth workflow.
- Monitor machinery usage and report maintenance requirements.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness within the factory premises.
- Prepare daily production and progress reports.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure efficient factory management.
Requirements
- Experience in Civil Supervision, Factory Operations, Manufacturing, or the Marble/Granite Industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage labour and day-to-day factory activities independently.
- Knowledge of material handling, inventory, and production processes.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting is an added advantage.
- Candidate should be willing to work from our Kishangarh Factory.
Preferred Qualification
- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Experience in the Marble, Granite, Tiles, or Stone Industry will be an added advantage.
