Account Executive – Retail / Automobile
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Account Executive with 2–4 years of experience in retail or automobile showroom environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer engagement, product presentation, and sales coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in understanding product features and available options
- Support the sales process by coordinating with internal teams
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
- Ensure smooth processing of orders and deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Contribute to achieving overall business targets
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in retail or automobile showroom
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer handling
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Basic computer knowledge
Preferred:
- Experience in two-wheeler showroom operations
- Familiarity with customer follow-up and coordination
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
