Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pan Asian Chef to work in a private residence. The ideal candidate should have expertise in preparing authentic Pan Asian cuisine, including Chinese, Thai, Japanese, Korean, and other Southeast Asian dishes. The chef will be responsible for planning menus, preparing healthy and flavorful meals for the family, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring a premium dining experience at home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare fresh and authentic Pan Asian dishes for the family on a daily basis.
- Specialize in Chinese, Thai, Japanese, Korean, and other Asian cuisines.
- Plan customized menus based on the family’s preferences and dietary requirements.
- Purchase and manage high-quality ingredients and kitchen supplies.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
- Ensure proper storage and inventory of all ingredients.
- Prepare meals for family gatherings, guests, and special occasions.
- Introduce new dishes and seasonal menu options.
- Manage kitchen equipment and ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Pan Asian Chef in luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, or private residences.
- Strong expertise in Chinese, Thai, Japanese, and Korean cuisine.
- Ability to prepare healthy, restaurant-quality meals.
- Good knowledge of ingredient sourcing and food presentation.
- Understanding of dietary preferences and nutritional requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹48,712.76 - ₹58,152.08 per month
