Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Calling Agent who can communicate confidently with customers in Kannada.
Requirements
- Kannada language is mandatory.
- Minimum 1.5 years of calling/telecalling experience preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work with performance targets.
- Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers.
- Explain products/services clearly.
- Follow up with customers and leads.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Maintain call and customer records.
- Achieve assigned performance targets.
Salary & Incentives
₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month + attractive incentives based on performance.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
