Job Summary
Warrgyiz Morsch Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Marketing Head / Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, a strategic mindset, and hands-on experience in both digital and offline marketing. This role requires someone who can develop effective marketing campaigns, analyze market trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
* Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
* Lead and manage the marketing team while ensuring timely execution of campaigns.
* Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
* Manage social media, content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
* Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and optimize marketing activities based on data and insights.
* Coordinate with sales, design, and content teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
* Manage the marketing budget and maximize return on investment.
* Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.
* Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best marketing practices.
Requirements
* 2–3 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in a leadership or managerial role.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and campaign management.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM platforms is preferred.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
