Key Responsibilities
- Design Creation: Develop graphics, logos, illustrations, layouts, and websites using software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Collaboration: Work with marketing, creative directors, and clients to interpret briefs, define requirements, and align visual assets with brand objectives.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and budget constraints are met.
- Revisions: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine, enhance, and finalize designs.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms, including social media, print collateral, and digital media.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of design software (Adobe Creative Suite) and, optionally, motion graphics or UI design tools.
- Creative Abilities: Strong portfolio demonstrating, creativity, typography, layout, and color theory knowledge.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to articulate creative concepts.
- Experience: Proven experience in a professional, design-related role, with a degree in design, art, or a related field preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to quality control and final output.
