Job Summary
We are hiring experienced MTS Engineers to manage site operations, maintenance coordination, and technical support activities across multiple client locations. Candidates should have hands-on experience in facility management, electrical systems, HVAC, UPS, vendor coordination, and field operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance calls
- Manage site maintenance activities and breakdown support
- Coordinate Electrical, UPS, HVAC, and ELV systems maintenance
- Update service activities in Corrigo
- Manage critical spares and inventory tracking
- Coordinate vendors and technicians at field sites
- Supervise technician manpower and support site operations
- Prepare Incident Reports and Preliminary RCA documents
- Identify Risks, SPOF, and EOL items and maintain trackers
- Prepare and coordinate minor one-time job quotations (below ₹10,000)
- Ensure PM and RM closure within SLA and TAT timelines
- Maintain maintenance reports and trackers
- Coordinate with client stakeholders and internal teams
- Support 24/7 MTS operations when required
Site Management
- Independently manage 15–16 sites
- Total 34 sites handled by 2 engineers
- Additional sites may be assigned based on business needs
- Cluster/partial site allocation will be provided

Qualification
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, EEE, ECE, or related field
Experience
2–5 Years in Facility Management / Site Operations / Technical Services
Preferred Industry

Notice Period
