Kaigal is a platform that helps companies hire blue-collar workers.
The job involves visiting various business forums, and associations, talking to business owners, hiring managers of various companies by visiting them in person, landing sales and onboarding clients. The responsibilities for this role are:
- Talk to leads and referrals from existing clients by visiting them in person. Visit will be in and around Chennai (covering industrial parks near Chennai). When there are no visits, attend office, create leads, and talk to clients on phone.
- Explain Kaigal packages, explain value that Kaigal will add when the service is purchased
- Persuade decision makers to purchase the package
- Track from lead to payment to client data / job details collection
- Meet targets provided by the company.
The candidate must possess:
- Good talking skills in Tamil, English. Fluent Hindi is a huge bonus. Other regional languages like Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu are more than welcome.
- Persuade the client, and constant followup is a must
- Comfortable in typing, using computers, and making entries in custom CRM systems
- Great attitude and helping tendency as a team player
- Build rapport with the client for repeat business
- Handle crisis when necessary
The role is more of an in-person sales role but may require a telesales. Our ticket size ranges from 3K to 1L. We are looking for 1 candidate who will only target higher value tickets above 15K.
The role will have:
- incentives based on meeting + exceeding targets for every X amount.
- expenses will be reimbursed as per policy
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
