An Import Export Documentation Executive ensures smooth international trade by preparing, verifying, and tracking crucial shipping documents. They maintain legal compliance, handle customs requirements, and coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to prevent supply chain delays.
Document Preparation: Create, verify, and process critical pre- and post-shipment documents including commercial invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading (BL), and Certificates of Origin.
Compliance & Customs: Ensure all export and import paperwork adheres to international trade laws, customs procedures, and country-specific regulations
Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise seamlessly with Customs House Agents (CHA), freight forwarders, shipping lines, and internal departments (sales, finance, logistics) to secure bookings and resolve discrepancies
Shipment Tracking: Monitor container movements, track ETAs, and keep clients updated on their cargo status from origin to final destination.
Record Keeping & Audits: Maintain organized physical and digital records of all transactions, submit export manifests, and handle Letters of Credit (LC) for timely billing and audit readiness.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
