We are seeking a motivated Junior BIM (Building Information Modeling) Architect to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual to grow their career in the architecture and construction industry while working on exciting projects.
Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare 3D models in Revit for all types of Buildings

Prepare conceptual, detailed and construction drawings using Revit, AutoCAD as per project requirements.

Develop schematic and detailed level BIM models including interior and exterior architectural elements.

Conversion of laser scan point cloud into information rich BIM models and generation of drawings and as-built data for renovating purposes

Use Naviswork for Multi-Disciplinary Clash Detection.

Produce quantity reports per Client requirements.

Timely and accurate preparation of BIM models, shop drawings, etc.

Demonstrate a deep interest in learning new skills. Software and knowledge.

Positive attitude towards collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Demonstrate effective communication skills.

Work with minimal supervision.
Skills Preferred

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, or related field.

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant BIM software applications.

Eagerness to learn and develop skills in BIM technology and construction processes.

Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within multidisciplinary teams.
