Job Summary
Position: Technical SPOC
Experience: 10+ years.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary technical point of contact for project leadership
Communicate project needs and requests to ensure transparent execution planning
Drive team ramp-up and bring-up planning , including training coordination
Align and assign tasks and work packages within the development team
Collaborate with global teams to analyze, debug, and resolve software issues
Support evaluation of change requests with function owners and technical leadership
Support timeline planning jointly with customer-side teams
Track delivery through implementation timelines and ticket burn-down
Provide regular status reporting to project leaders
Design, develop, and maintain Android HMI (Human Machine Interface) applications.
Develop new UI features and enhance existing functionalities for Android-based systems.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, architects, testers, and stakeholders.
Implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern Android development practices.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Analyze and resolve defects, performance issues, and stability concerns.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with customer teams.
Support integration activities and troubleshooting across software components.
Required Skills
Strong experience in Android Application Development.
Automotive HMI development experience.
Proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java.
Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose and/or Android XML UI development.
Strong understanding of Android Architecture Components (MVVM, LiveData, ViewModel, Navigation, Room).
Experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, Gradle, and Git.
Knowledge of REST API integration.
Understanding of design patterns and object-oriented programming.
Experience with unit testing and debugging tools.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Android Automotive OS (AAOS) and Automotive Infotainment Systems.
Knowledge of CAN, Vehicle HAL (VHAL), and Automotive Services.
Exposure to Automotive UX guidelines and infotainment platforms.
Experience with Jenkins, Bitbucket, and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with test automation frameworks.

6. Review And Validate Project Deliverables To Guarantee Adherence To Design Specifications And Quality Benchmarks, Ensuring That All Outputs Are Of The Highest Standard.
7. Propose And Implement Client Value Creation Initiatives, Leveraging Industry Best Practices In Mobile Development To Enhance Application Performance And User Experience.
