Internship Overview
Homesly Group is offering a one-month rotational internship program designed to provide practical exposure across multiple business functions within the hospitality and property industry.
Interns will receive structured training and hands-on experience in Customer Service, Property & Hotel Analysis, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, and the practical use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in business operations. This internship is ideal for candidates who want to gain broad business exposure and understand how different departments work together to support hotel and property operations.
Training Structure
Week 1 – Customer Service & Guest Relations
- Learn guest communication processes through email, phone, and messaging platforms
- Understand reservation handling, guest enquiries, and issue resolution
- Gain exposure to hotel operations and customer service standards
Week 2 – Property & Hotel Analysis
- Research hotels and properties available for acquisition, lease, or management opportunities
- Analyse market trends, investment opportunities, and competitor information
- Assist in preparing property and hotel research reports
- Learn the basics of property acquisition and renovation planning
Week 3 – Digital Marketing
- Learn social media marketing and content creation
- Support digital marketing campaigns and online brand promotion
- Research market trends and competitor marketing activities
- Assist with marketing content, business listings, and promotional activities
Week 4 – Administration & Business Operations
- Support documentation management and business reporting
- Assist with trackers, spreadsheets, and operational records
- Coordinate follow-ups with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Learn administrative processes and workflow management
Skills Required
- Good written and verbal English communication
- Strong willingness to learn and take initiative
- Basic computer skills, including MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email
- Good organisational and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Interest in hospitality, property, business operations, administration, or marketing
Eligibility Criteria
- Recent graduates or final-year students from any discipline
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Strong interest in business operations and hospitality management
- Good internet research and communication skills

- Stipend: 8-10k
