Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including hands-on expertise in a Digital transformation project at manufacturing sites
The Site Digital Initiatives Manager is responsible for executing global and local digital transformation projects at the manufacturing site. This role focuses on implementing digital tools such as eLogbooks, IIOT platforms, OEE monitoring, capacity planning and many other digital initiatives at the manufacturing site to enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and productivity. The role is responsible for implementing the digital strategy across sites, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
Responsibility:
Digitisation of Shop Floor Processes: Implementing systems such as electronic logbooks (eLogbooks), capacity planning tool, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) monitoring, Utility Logbooks, and Capacity Planning tools.
Project Management: Leading cross-functional project teams, managing timelines, budgets, risks, and ensuring delivery of business value.
Compliance & Validation: Ensuring all digital systems comply with GxP guidelines, data integrity standards, and are audit-ready.
Technology Integration: Working with IT and engineering teams to integrate new digital tools with existing systems like MES, SCADA, and ERP.
Change Management: Promoting user adoption, training end-users, and embedding digital practices into daily operations.Driving adoption and digital culture at the site.
