Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, scheduling appointments, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be target-oriented.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain company products and services to potential customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with prospects.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Customer Support teams.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Tele Calling, Telemarketing, Customer Service, or Inside Sales.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
