Urgent Hiring Hostel Warden at Pune.
Job Description : Hostel Warden, Single Lady, Widow, Divorcee, Separated Lady, No family member, Ready to stay at hostel, 24/7 Duty, 35+ Age, Should be capable to handle 100-150 girls.
Roles & Responsibilities :-
- Ensure smooth functioning and discipline of the hostel.
- Obtain duly signed hostel rules & regulations consent forms from students and parents.
- Monitor students welfare, hygiene, safety, and overall well-being.
- Maintain attendance records and report unauthorized absence/ missing students to the Admin Manager.
- Supervise hostel infrastructure including electricity, water supply, Wi-Fi, lifts, RO systems, furniture, and cleanliness.
- Follow up on civil/electrical maintenance complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor hostel activities through CCTV and report incidents as per University policy.
- Supervise mess operations and ensure quality, hygiene, variety, pricing, and timely services.
- Take feedback from students regarding hostel and mess facilities and share recommendations with the Admin Manager.
- Ensure regular pest control, fumigation, sanitation, and hygienic conditions in the hostel.
- Handle student grievances and disciplinary matters in coordination with the Admin Manager.
- Act as custodian of hostel property and conduct periodic stock verification.
- Assist students during medical emergencies and coordinate hospital visits when required.
- Ensure safety procedures and assist in evacuation during emergencies or natural disasters.
- Monitor day care centre and other student service facilities within hostel premises.
Salary : Rs. 16,000/- to Rs.20,000/-. (Subject to Qualifications, Experience & Current CTC).
