Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Electrical Wiring Technician to assemble and wire electrical control panels as per electrical drawings and standards. The candidate should have knowledge of industrial electrical components, panel wiring, and testing.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Read and understand electrical schematics, GA drawings, and wiring diagrams.
- Assemble and wire PLC, MCC, PCC, VFD, and control panels.
- Mount electrical components such as MCBs, MCCBs, contactors, relays, SMPS, PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, terminal blocks, and push buttons.
- Perform panel internal wiring, ferruling, lugging, and cable dressing.
- Identify and rectify wiring faults during testing and commissioning.
- Ensure proper earthing and cable routing as per standards.
- Use electrical hand tools and power tools safely.
- Maintain quality standards and complete work within the project schedule.
- Coordinate with design and automation engineers during panel assembly.
- Follow all electrical safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the work area.
- Support site installation and commissioning activities whenever required.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of industrial electrical wiring.
- Ability to read electrical drawings.
- Experience in panel wiring and cable termination.
- Familiarity with PLC and VFD wiring.
- Basic knowledge of electrical testing using a multimeter.
- Good troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualification
- ITI Electrician / Wireman / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Freshers with good practical knowledge may also apply.
Experience
- 1–5 years in electrical control panel wiring.
Preferred Knowledge
- Siemens, Schneider, ABB, L&T, Omron, Delta, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley components.
- PLC panels, MCC panels, PCC panels, VFD panels, and automation systems.

Salary
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience) + Accommodation (if applicable).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
