We are hiring a passionate and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join Babas, a leading camera and photography store in Trivandrum. This is a frontline, on-floor role where product knowledge, communication, and closing ability directly impact sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with walk-in customers and understand their photography needs
- Recommend and sell cameras, lenses, and accessories confidently
- Demonstrate products and explain features in a simple, relatable way
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Stay updated on latest camera technology and industry trends
- Maintain showroom presentation and assist in stock handling
- Build strong customer relationships for repeat business
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on targets and conversions
- Willingness to learn cameras and photography (training will be provided)
- Basic understanding of retail sales processes
- Energetic, presentable, and proactive on the floor
What We’re Looking For
Someone who can connect with customers, build trust, and close sales—not just stand behind the counter. Curiosity to learn and grow in the camera space is a must. Sales based incentives will be provided.

Pay: ₹9,466.87 - ₹20,000.00 per month
