Position: SCM Officer

Experience: 3–5 Years
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive SCM Officer to manage inventory, finished goods (FG) storage, dispatch operations, and ERP transactions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in warehouse management, ERP systems, inventory control, and logistics coordination to ensure smooth material flow and timely dispatches.
Perform daily ERP transactions including material posting and stock updates.
Generate invoices and billing documents through the ERP system.
Create and maintain Item Codes and Bills of Materials (BOM).
Ensure accurate system stock reconciliation with physical inventory.
Maintain master data and support ERP-related documentation.
Manage Finished Goods storage and warehouse operations efficiently.
Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and storage of finished products.
Monitor stock availability and maintain inventory accuracy.
Coordinate with Production and Quality teams for smooth material movement.
Plan and coordinate daily dispatches as per customer requirements.
Prepare dispatch documentation including invoices, delivery challans, and transport documents.
Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
Track dispatch schedules and resolve shipment-related issues.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimum stock availability.
Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation.
Minimize inventory discrepancies through effective control measures.
Generate inventory reports and MIS for management review.
Ensure strict adherence to the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) inventory system.
Monitor product aging and prevent obsolete or expired stock.
Coordinate stock rotation activities to optimize warehouse efficiency.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
Knowledge of warehouse and inventory management processes.
Experience in dispatch planning and logistics coordination.
Understanding of BOM creation and stock reconciliation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP reporting.
Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
