Position Title: Senior Recruiter-Voice
Reports Directly to: Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager
Position Overview:
The Senior Recruiter is responsible for attracting, vetting and presenting qualified and suitable employment candidates for consideration in support of direct voice process /hourly staffing needs for all departments and all Staff/Exempt Operations staffing needs reporting up to the Site Leader.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Partner with Corporate Talent Acquisition on policy, processes, initiatives, and special projects
* Responsible for creating the recruiting strategy using a variety of outlets, such as job postings and social media, while effectively targeting the right kinds of candidates for the job
* Effectively utilizes the Talent Acquisition toolkit to identify the best talent.
* Attend seminars, networking, and industry events to gather knowledge, as well as learning from hiring managers.
* Recommend creative new ways of sourcing talent.
* Develop and maintain recruiting networks and relationships with various colleges, career centers and talent pipelines.
* Channelizing new sources for language-based hiring, bulk hiring, tech support and lateral hiring.
* Strategic approach and manage a team.
* Evaluate the calibration done by the team members for the right hire.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Education Requirement:
* Master in Human Resources or any Bachelor’s degree in related field
* Field Experience:
Overall, 5-7 years’ experience in recruitment field of which at least 3-5 years of experience in the international voice process hiring for foreign languages namely Frech, Italian, German, Burmese, Mandarin, Japanese and Korean is expected
* Other Qualifications:
* Must have in-depth knowledge in hiring prospects from international voice and non-voice process.
* Must have good expertise in hiring for various project from the following domains INT BPO domain project Health Care, Tech Support, Legal, Banking and logistics
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and other foreign languages (spoken, written, and presentation) and be able to build relationships
* Prior experience working with ATS (applicant tracking systems)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook)
* Must have an established contacts in LinkedIn, Facebook, NGO’s and Educational Institutions
* Should have worked on data management and must be good in handling monthly metrics

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
