Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Officer to join. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, expanding the distributor and retailer network, developing new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit traders, distributors, wholesalers, and retail outlets to promote cosmetic and personal care products.
- Generate new business and increase market penetration in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and identify business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, stock availability, and timely deliveries.
- Support promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
- Submit daily sales reports, market feedback, and customer updates.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in field sales, preferably in Cosmetics, Personal Care, Skincare, Beauty Products, or FMCG.
- Good knowledge of the Mumbai, Delhi, or Kolkata market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Valid driving license; own two-wheeler preferred.
- Graduate preferred.
