Full job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of web and mobile app technologies and a strong ability to consult, pitch, and close deals with clients. Your main role will be to identify business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and convert leads into long-term projects.

Job Responsibilities:-

Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions (web development, mobile apps, UI/UX, etc.)
Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and technical discussions with prospective clients.
Collaborate with the business analyst and tech team to draft proposals, estimates, and project scopes.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business.
Maintain and update CRM tools with client interactions and sales activity.
Follow up with customers to gather feedback and provide additional information as needed.

Job Requirement:-

Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and negotiate effectively.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Proficiency in crafting compelling proposals, delivering persuasive presentations, and conducting successful pitches.
Proven track record in IT sales, preferably in a web/mobile app development agency.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
