- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to generate leads and close deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products from Supex.in catalog.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and negotiate pricing.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely order processing.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries efficiently.
