Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and customer appointments.
- Welcome clients and ensure a premium customer experience.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and appointment bookings.
- Assist in managing salon staff schedules and daily operations.
- Support membership sales and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain customer records and follow up for feedback and repeat visits.
- Coordinate with vendors and manage inventory of salon products and supplies.
- Assist in billing, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.
- Monitor salon cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.
- Support social media promotions, client engagement, and marketing activities.
- Help implement customer retention and loyalty programs.
- Building Strong Customer relation and Managing the salon floor.
Requirements
- Graduate or pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
- Interest in the beauty, wellness, and salon industry.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales (preferred but not mandatory).
- Social media handling and marketing knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Positive attitude, leadership qualities, and willingness to learn.
